Bharti Airtel’s consolidated profit surged 43% to Rs 5,948 crore in the June quarter, marking its fifth consecutive quarter of profit growth, fueled by new subscribers and the impact of previous tariff increases. The company’s Africa operations witnessed a five-fold jump in net profit. India’s ARPU increased to Rs 250, surpassing Jio’s Rs 209.
