Gautam Adani steps down from executive role at ports unit

Gautam Adani has relinquished his executive role at Adani Ports, becoming non-executive chairman due to Companies Act restrictions. He now focuses on emerging businesses as executive chairman of Adani Enterprises. His son, Karan Adani, already manages port operations. Gautam holds non-executive chairman positions in seven other group companies.
