RR’s Romi Bhinder fined for phone breach; BCCI calls response ‘unsatisfactory’

Rajasthan Royals team manager Romi Bhinder has been fined Rs 1 lakh by the BCCI for breaching match-day regulations by using a mobile phone in the team dugout during an IPL fixture. The Anti-Corruption Unit found his response to a showcause notice unsatisfactory, leading to the penalty and a warning for the first-time offense.
