India’s Balaji, partner Marcelo bow out of Roland Garros after quarterfinals defeat

N Sriram Balaji and Brazilian partner Marcelo Demoliner bowed out of the French Open men’s doubles in the quarterfinals after losing to second seeds Harri Heliövaara and Henry Patten. Despite the defeat, the pair enjoyed a memorable run, including an upset win over the sixth seeds. In juniors, Arnav Paparkar exited singles but remains alive in boys’ doubles.
