Bangladesh T20 World Cup 2026 Participation Row, Highlights: The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has reportedly written a second letter to the International Cricket Council (ICC) as the plot thickens regarding its participation in the T20 World Cup 2026 in India. After remaining firm in its stance to not play in India, the BCB have written to the ICC, asking for the matter to be referred to the Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC). However, it is very likely that Bangladesh’s appeal is likely to be rejected once again. The BCB have insisted that they are keen on playing the T20 World Cup, but not in India, despite a clearance from the ICC regarding safety concerns. Meanwhile, according to reports, Bangladesh players were given no say in the decision, which was taken by the BCB in collaboration with the nation’s government.
