Sebi clears 13 IPOs including Urban Company, Boat

Market regulator Sebi has approved 13 IPOs. This move adds momentum to companies planning to list soon. Urban Company and Imagine Marketing, parent of Boat, are among those cleared. The combined IPO sizes total around Rs 14,000 crore. Urban Company’s IPO is worth Rs 1,900 crore. Boat revived its IPO plans through a confidential pre-filing route.
