Amazon had a strong second quarter. Profit and revenue increased compared to last year. Amazon Web Services also grew. However, shares dropped after the forecast. The company expects operating income between 15.5 billion dollars and 20.5 billion dollars for the third quarter. Tariffs and AI investments are factors. Prime Day sales will reflect in the next quarter.
