Thailand Man’s Jail Term Extended To 50 Years For Insulting King

A Thai court on Tuesday extended the prison sentence of a man convicted for criticising the country’s king to 50 years, one of the longest terms imposed under the kingdom’s strict royal insult law, a legal rights group said.
