New Zealand coaches to miss international assignments for PSL

Luke Ronchi and Jacob Oram have been granted leave by New Zealand Cricket to coach Islamabad United in the 2026 Pakistan Super League. Ronchi will be head coach while Oram serves as assistant. They will miss New Zealand’s series against South Africa national cricket team and the Bangladesh tour, with NZC saying the experience will benefit the national setup.
