Gujarat Becomes India’s No. 1 Renewable Energy Contributor With 16.5% Share

Gujarathas emerged as thelargestcontributor toIndias renewable energy capacity, accounting for 16.50 per cent of the national total, with the states installed renewable power reaching 42.583 GW as of December 2025, as per to official figures.
