The Tamil Nadu Congress on Thursday took out a high-decibel protest march in Chennai’s Tambaram, launching a sharp attack on the Centre over replacing the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGA) with the VB-G Ram G scheme.
