RBI revises priority sector norms to include NCDC

The RBI has revised priority sector lending norms, now allowing loans to the National Cooperative Development Corporation to qualify. This aims to expand credit for cooperative societies, especially in agriculture, while simultaneously tightening compliance to prevent double counting of benefits.
