Aakash moves NCLT to implead EY, alleges conflict in Byju’s petition

Aakash Educational Services Ltd (AESL) has petitioned the NCLT, Bengaluru, to dismiss Byju’s petition, alleging a conflict of interest involving Ernst & Young (EY) and partner Ajay Shah. The plea includes internal communications and accusations of suppressed facts and procedural lapses.
