ICICI Prudential AMC has set its IPO price band, valuing the fund house at approximately Rs 1.07 lakh crore. The Rs 10,602-crore offer-for-sale opens on December 12, with shares scheduled to list on December 19. This listing will make it the fifth AMC to go public in India.
