Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah al-Sheikh, Saudi Arabia’s grand mufti who served the kingdom’s top religious figure over a quarter century that saw the ultraconservative Muslim nation socially liberalize, died Tuesday. He was in his 80s.
