Torrential Rains In Japan Cause Flooding, Mudslides, Travel Disruptions

Downpours on Japan’s southern main island of Kyushu caused flooding and mudslides, injuring a number of people and disrupting travel during a Buddhist holiday week. Evacuation advisories were issued, and several reported missing.
