Bosch is poised to significantly expand its presence in India by acquiring a 74.2% stake in Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India (JCHAI). This acquisition, part of a larger $8 billion global deal, will see Bosch taking control of JCHAI, including Hitachi’s 40% ownership.
