NSE Q1 results: Net profit rises 14% to Rs 2,924 crore, contribution to exchequer logs at Rs 14,331 crore in April–June

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) reported a 14% increase in consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 2,924 crore for Q1 FY26. However, total income experienced a slight dip of 3%, totaling Rs 4,798 crore. NSE contributed significantly to the government exchequer, amounting to Rs 14,331 crore through various taxes and fees.
