Singapore Telecom is set to offload 0.8% of its stake in Bharti Airtel through block deals, potentially raising approximately Rs 8,600 crore, equivalent to $1 billion. Pastel Ltd, a Singtel arm, will be selling 4.76 crore Bharti Airtel shares at a floor price of Rs 1,800 per share, a 3.6% discount.
