ONDC is considering reinstating subsidies for food delivery partners with a Rs 100-150 crore incentive pool, aiming to boost order volumes. This reverses a previous policy amid concerns over declining orders, which fell from 6.5 million in October 2023 to 4.1 million in May 2025.
