BJP Leader Alleges Congress MPs Received ‘Russian Funding’, Cites CIA Release

Nishikant Dubey alleged that under the leadership of late Congress leader HKL Bhagat, more than 150 Congress MPs were “funded” by the Soviet Union, who acted as “agents” of Russia.
