DGCA notice to Air India pilot for accepting snag-prone Dreamliner for Japan flight

One flight was diverted due to cabin overheating, and another experienced a smoke smell. The regulator cited serious safety concerns regarding aircraft dispatch, MEL compliance, and crew decision-making.
