TCS sues SpiceJet: Delhi HC summons airline; IT firm alleges unpaid dues of Rs 2.34 crore

The Delhi High Court has summoned SpiceJet to respond to a recovery petition filed by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). TCS is seeking Rs 2.34 crore, plus interest, for IT services provided between 2019 and 2023, alleging the airline “blatantly refused to pay” despite multiple invoices and ignored mediation.
