HDFC Bank announced its first-ever 1:1 bonus issue and a special interim dividend of Rs 5 per share alongside its Q1FY26 results. The bank reported a 12% year-on-year increase in standalone net profit, reaching Rs 18,155 crore. The record date for the bonus issue is August 27, 2025, and for the dividend, it’s July 25, 2025.
