Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) has appointed Priya Nair as its new CEO and MD for a five-year term, effective August 1, 2025, succeeding Rohit Jawa. Nair, currently President, Beauty & Wellbeing at Unilever, brings extensive experience from various roles within HUL and Unilever. Jawa steps down on July 31 after leading the company through challenging market conditions.
