Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is set to acquire Fujitsu General’s power modules business for $14 million through its semiconductor arm, L&T Semiconductor Technologies. Kaynes Semicon (KS), a contractor for L&T, will acquire the production facilities. Fujitsu expects to record gains from the sale in FY26, as it focuses on portfolio transformation.
